Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or deploying a bot through BOTA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API key, and connected services. Any activity performed through your account is treated as your responsibility unless reported as unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BOTA in compliance with applicable laws, messaging platform requirements, and anti-spam policies. You must not use BOTA to distribute malicious content, perform fraud, send unauthorized promotions, scrape private data, or violate intellectual property rights.

4. User Content and Bot Behavior

You retain ownership of your commands, scripts, media, and bot configurations. You grant BOTA a limited right to process that content only to provide hosting, execution, analytics, and support features. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content your bots send.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Paid tiers are billed from your wallet balance when you authorize a purchase, upgrade, or renewal. Features, limits, and pricing may vary by tier. If your balance is insufficient, renewal or upgrade actions may fail until funds are added. Unless otherwise stated, charges are non-refundable after successful activation.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep BOTA available and secure, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, platform API changes, or force majeure events may affect uptime or behavior.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, or policy violations. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOTA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including message delivery failures or third-party API behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BOTA after updates means you accept the revised terms.
